Project Overview

A Commercial Destination Designed Around Community

Pondside is a new commercial project by United Gulf in Hammonds Plains, located next to Voyageur Lakes Plaza and within walking distance of nearby and future residential communities.

The project includes two architecturally distinctive buildings positioned around a pond-facing setting, creating opportunities for restaurants, patios, and everyday community gathering. With bold rooflines, warm exterior materials, and waterfront-inspired details, Pondside is intended to feel less like a conventional plaza and more like a neighbourhood destination.

The Vision

A Place to Meet, Eat, and Stay Awhile

Pondside is being envisioned as a community-oriented destination — a place where residents, visitors, and neighbours can gather close to home. The project is intended to support the growing Voyageur Lakes area by adding restaurant space, outdoor seating, and a stronger sense of connection between residential and commercial uses.

Rather than functioning only as a place to pass through, Pondside is designed to become a place people return to: for meals, casual meetups, patio seating, and everyday moments within the community.

Project Status

Currently Under Development

The Pondside buildings have been constructed and are currently in the shell stage. Interior fit-up, tenant planning, and final design details are expected to progress as the project moves forward.
