Who We Are
United Gulf has been shaping communities across Nova Scotia for more than three decades. Our work spans mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, multi-residential homes, and major urban revitalization projects that support local growth and strengthen neighbourhoods. From early planning and design to construction and long-term project delivery, we focus on creating developments that provide real value for the people who live and work in them. Over the years, we have completed more than a thousand homes across more than twenty signature projects, each one reflecting our commitment to thoughtful design, durable construction, and responsible development practices.
