Navid Saberi serves as Chairman of United Gulf Developments, providing long-term strategic oversight across the company’s residential, commercial, and mixed-use development portfolio.

Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Navid Saberi has led United Gulf’s growth for more than three decades. He previously served as President of the company for nearly thirty years, guiding its evolution from early residential projects into a diversified development platform spanning suburban communities, urban redevelopment sites, and large-scale mixed-use developments.

Throughout his leadership, Saberi has remained closely involved in development decision-making, construction oversight, and long-term asset stewardship, with a focus on durability, neighbourhood fit, and accountability over the full lifecycle of each project.
